The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pakaribaraw PS Case no.380/19 dated 21.11.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Petitioner was arrested in the drunken condition. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for 1 1⁄2 months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.932 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Nawada in connection with Pakaribaraw PS Case No.380/19 .

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
