At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Benipatti, Madhubani i.e. the respondent no. 4 by filing appropriate application under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 for removal of the encroachment made over the public land. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
