2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and, that being so, this writ petition may be permitted to be withdrawn. Learned counsel refers to paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that during pendency of this writ petition documents of petitioner and other similarly situated applicants were verified by three members committee and after verification, they were recommended for provisional appointment and they have been allowed respective school vide letter no. 49 dated 3.2.2024. Petitioner's name appears at serial no. 17 of the said list. Photo stat copy of the said letter is contained in annexure R6/A to the counter affidavit.

3. In view of the aforesaid development and submission of leaned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition has become infructuous as such the same is permitted to be withdrawn.
