2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 421 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. For siding the cattle from the pathway, the dispute arose. According to allegation, petitioners assaulted the members of prosecution side.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and the case lodged by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6110 of 2025(4) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 petitioners side is prior to the present case. According to para-59 of the case diary, the injuries inflicted on the person of victim are simple in nature.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 421 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) AjayMishra/- U T
