The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by an order dated 23.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45307 of 2019. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that out of inadvertence 'Late' was typed in the application seeking anticipatory bail before the name of the petitioner's father though the petitioner's father is alive. Because of the said discrepancy in the application seeking anticipatory bail, in the order dated 23.07.2019 also name of the petitioner's father name precedes by the word 'Late'. In the said background, this application has been filed seeking correction of the error, which has occurred in the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2433 of 2020(2) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 dated 23.07.2019 because of the typographical error in the main application i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 45307 of 2019. In the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed.

The order of this Court dated 23.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45307 shall be read accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the application in Cr. Misc. No. 45307 of 2019 within a week.
