The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2015 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461/379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thought the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report yet on the basis of confessional statement made by one Umesh Sah, the petitioner's name has surfaced and he has been taken into custody. It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there has been no recovery from his possession. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
