25-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Girijesh Kumar, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Bihar Intermediate Education Council (now Bihar School Examination Senior Secondary).
The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has prayed for directing the respondents to regularize his service on the post of Lab Technician.
At the very outset, it was informed by learned counsel for the respondent/Intermediate Council that the petitioner is claiming appointment in a private college.
The Court is of the opinion that no such writ can be
