JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2024 Heard Mr. Kripa Nand Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shandilya, learned counsel for the NHAI and learned AC to AG appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that although the State-respondents have filed their respective counter affidavits but they have not stated anything about Annexure-2 and Annexure-2/1 of the writ petition and it appears that without deciding Annexure-2 and Annexure-2/1, the

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 (The District Land Acquisition Officer, Sitamarhi) to take a decision on the representation of the petitioners (Annexure-2 and Annexure-2/1), if the same is pending before him, after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioners in accordance with law and the same may be communicated to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
