The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 38 of 2013, registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping of daughter of the informant by this petitioner for the purpose of marriage. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, there was love affairs in between the petitioner and the daughter of the informant, namely, Soni Kumari and both eloped away according to their sweet will to perform marriage with each other, but due to pressure of Police, the victim gave her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. with respect to her kidnapping by this petitioner, but later on, victim

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 38 of 2013.
