01-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to AAG-11 submits that earlier against order of reversion on initial pay, the petitioner had filed an appeal before the D.I.G. of Police, which stood dismissed. In stead of filing Memorial before the Director General of Police, the petitioner had approached before another authority and, as such, he makes a prayer for withdrawal of the present writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file Memorial as per the provisions of Bihar Police Manual before the Director General of Police. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above.
