JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, hence he be directed to dispose off the same by passing appropriate orders. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation filed before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram and in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 2 along with a copy of this order, necessary and needful action shall be taken by the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram and the representation of the petitioner shall be disposed off within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
