The petitioner has moved this Court for issuance of appropriate writ, order, direction, commanding and directing the Respondent Authority, in particularly, the Respondent Headmaster of Baghakol, Maker, Saran to accept the joining of the petitioner forthwith and allow him to discharge his duty as Block Teacher in the school in question, who has already been relieved to join the post in Upgraded Middle School, Baghakol, Maker, after his transferred from Upgraded Middle School, Haijalpur, Maker, but

Patna High Court CWJC No.1919 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 the Respondent Headmaster of the school in question neither accepted the joining of the petitioner nor allowed him to discharge his duty despite making several requests and representations submitted by the petitioner before the Respondent Authorities in this regard as also to direct the Respondent Authorities in this regard as also to direct the Respondent authority concern to pay his salary. And/or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to, in the facts and circumstances of this case. 3.

Petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.5 along with all supporting documents within a period of three weeks and respondent no.5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

It is made clear that respondent no.5 shall be liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
