JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, the illicit liquor was recovered from the house of co-accused, Sanjay Yadav and so far as petitioner is concerned; it is stated that he along with some others were arrested from the house of aforesaid co-accused, Sanjay Yadav and counterfeit notes were recovered from their possession.
Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that for recovery of counterfeit notes, a separate case has been instituted and so far as recovery of illicit liquor is concerned; co-accused, Manoj Yadav, having more or less similar allegation, has already

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nautan P.S.
