JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.12.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge were recovered.

Considering the period under custody and the investigation being concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 856 of 2013.

Since the petitioner is accused in five other cases, let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15506 of 2015 (2) dt.19-05-2015 2/2 petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions during trial.
