2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/323/506/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with sword on the head of the informant.

4. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Saran at Chapra in Mashrak Police Station Case No. 406 of
