Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 135 of 2021 registered for the alleged offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is that she conspired with the co-accused Veeru Mahto, who shot dead one Amit Kumar Singh @ Chhotu.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not named in the FIR, which has been registered against Veeru Mahto and another unknown person. The petitioner is

No.3036 of 2022(2) dt.06-06-2022 2/3 simply a dancer in an Orchestra Party and the accused Veeru Mahto and the deceased were allegedly having amorous relationship with the petitioner. No role has been assigned to the petitioner in the offence except some general and omnibus allegations. Charge-sheet has been submitted. The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2021 and is having clean antecedent. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner, who is a lady, is stated to be Dancer in an Orchestra Party and allegedly she was having affair with the accused Veeru Mahto leading to murder of Amit Kumar Singh and no overt act is being attributed to the petitioner, who is in custody since 10.04.2021, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.135 of 2021, subject to the following conditions :
(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, preferably one of her parents. (ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below.
(iii) In case of absence on two consecutive
