JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.08.2014 on the accusation that he having entered into the house of informant made attempt to commit rape on her. The trial court has reported that charge has already been framed against the petitioner on 05.02.2015 but up till now, not a single prosecution witness has been examined.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Nawada in Special ( H)
