Patna High Court CWJC No.4521 of 2021(2) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 objection about the maintainability of this writ application on the ground that without availing the statutory remedy of Memorial contained under Rule 49 of the LIC of India (Staff) Regulations, 1960, petitioner moved before this Hon'ble Court. In view of the aforesaid fact, petitioner is directed to move before the concerned authority and file Memorial within a period of four weeks from today.
