2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303(2), 329(4), 324(4), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3 . As per F.I.R. informant, namely, Amit Kumar alleged that on 30.07.2025 at about 5 PM, when informant refused to lend electrical items to younger brother of one Dilip Kumar and asked to clear the previous balance, these petitioners assaulted informant by means of sticks and iron rod. Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have taken out Rs. 4,020/- from the pocket of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific allegation of overt act against these petitioners. Injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature . Rest of the allegations are ornamental only to make the case grave . Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.10.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 71870 of 2025 .

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

Considering the nature of accusation and injuries, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P. S. Case No. 199 of 2025 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the
