Learned A.P.P. for the State, at the outset, draws the attention of the Court to submit that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected by the learned court below on the ground that presently the petitioner does not have apprehension of arrest as the case presently has not been found true against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with a liberty to move for anticipatory bail in the event if apprehension for arrest arises.

Permission is accorded with the liberty sought for. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application
