The petitioners seek bail in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 329 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and petitioner no.1 is Sister-in-law (Gotni) and petitioner no.2 is father-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 329 of 2019.
