Learned counsel very fairly, at the outset, submits that during the pendency of the writ application, based on an illegal notice, the petitioners stand evicted from the premises in question. It is next submitted that the petitioners will seek their remedy available in law, thus, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
