The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in loot of motorcycle. He further submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name has surfaced in the course of investigation. The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and has remained in the custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
