The petitioner apprehends his arrest in C2 Case No. 32 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise, Sheohar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.
