The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.01.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1)AA/25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. From the house of the petitioner semi finished arms and ammunitions and equipment for manufacturing arms were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house and petitioner is accused in one other case in which he is on bail.

Considering the period under custody, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5567 of 2015 (02) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.)-VI, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 359 of 2014 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 04 of 2014. The learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
