2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the respondent no.4, regarding the arrears of salary but which has not been disposed of as yet.

In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh presentation within four weeks before the respondent no.4 and respondent no.4 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter and the admitted dues of the petitioner must be paid to her within two
