The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.06.2018. He further submits that the informant and the injured are own brothers of this petitioner and on account of land dispute, the other brother and his son and daughter have sustained injury.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3041 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018.
