Petitioner was found using stolen mobile inserting another SIM but when he was arrested, he disclosed that the aforesaid mobile had been given to him by Paras Patel. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Laukariya P.S.Case No.84 of 2012.
