The petitioner seeks bail in J.J.B.Case No.1597/18 arising out of Ekma P.S.Case No.161/17 registered under Section 366/34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the wife of the informant with intent to marry with her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been declared juvenile by the Juvenile Justice Board and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the wife of the informant voluntarily left matrimonial house along with the petitioner and there is delay of four days in lodging the F.I.R. He is in custody since 01.09.2018.

No.113 of 2019(327) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st A.D.J.,Saran at Chapra, in Cr.(Juvenile) Appeal No.79/18 / J.J.B.Case No.1597/18 arising out Ekma P.S.Case No.161/17 subject to the conditions that (i) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned. (ii) petitioner/s shall co-operate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court. (iii) if the petitioners tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner/s. (S.
