The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is a case of recovery of wine from a two wheeler vehicle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Siwan in connection with Excise P.S.
