JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is omnibus allegation of assault against petitioner and other FIR named accused persons but there is counter case also, in which, it is claimed that it was prosecution party, who assaulted the petitioner and others. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 01-10-2015. Taking note of the aforesaid fact as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.
