JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke the Arbitration Clause i.e. Clause 20 of the agreement dated 31.08.2016 entered into between the petitioner and the district Manager, BSFC, Kaimur at Bhabua.
