The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(I) To direct the concerned Respondents for vacate the Shop No. A-2 (M/s Maa Mahadevi Pharma) situated in Mathurasini Palace, Govind Mitra Road, P.S. Pirbahore, District- Patna which is in wrongful and forceful possession of Respondent no. 7 forthwith and give the possession of the shop in

Patna High Court CWJC No.506 of 2023(2) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 question to the petitioner.

(II)To direct the concerned Respondents to help the petitioner to get the possession of the shop in question.

(III) Further the term of the lease has been expired on 30.11.2021 and Respondent no. 7 has became trespasser of the shop in question.

So the petitioner may be given the possession of the shop in question."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
