The petitioner is in custody since 13.3.2013 in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.197 of 2012 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but only on the extra-judicial confession made before the police by one co-accused Prem Singh that the petitioner's name has been brought in connection with the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that the petitioner had participated in the crime, yet when he was placed on T.I. Parade, he could not be identified.

No.12611 of 2015 (2) dt.27-05-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and the period of custody in connection with the present case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Afzal Alam, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.197 of 2012.
