JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is allegation of demand of extortion money as well as making firing against the petitioner, who carries criminal antecedent of near about 5 cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that according to prosecution case itself, neither any money was paid nor any person sustained injury and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 24-11-2015. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner and the informant are neighbours and as a matter of fact, the informant lodged this case with exaggerated story.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
