2. The petitioner who is a 4th grade employee of the Bihar State Food Corporation has not been paid the dues of the salary after fifth pay revision, despite sanction for the same and the petitioner having retired from the service in 2011.
3. A shocking state of affairs is being reflected in the present case where the finance department of the corporation has recommended for payment of Rs. 1,02,380/- as the difference in the salary after the fifth pay revision but the same is being withheld without any reason.

4. The representation of the petitioner before the Deputy General Manager (Admin) has fell on deaf ears.
5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the General Manager, Administration, State Food Corporation, Head Quarter, Patna within a period of two weeks ventilating his grievance and enclosing a copy of the order passed in the present writ petition, and on receipt of the same, the General Manager, Administration, State Food Corporation, Head Quarter, Patna would be under an obligation to consider the case of the petitioner and pass necessary orders without any delay for redressing the grievances of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
6. If there is any admitted claim of the petitioner, it shall be paid to him forthwith and the General Manager, Administration, State Food Corporation, Head Quarter, Patna would also consider whether the petitioner deserves to be paid some interest on such delayed payment of his rightful dues.
7. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
