The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner and Gulab Ansari came to the husband of the informant and Gulab Ansari shot at the temporal region of the husband of the informant. Subsequently, this petitioner threatened the informant not to raise alarm. Md. Kurban Nadaf and Kenabul Ansari were standing outside on a motorcycle to take back the miscreants. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to land dispute the accusation has been levelled

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12878 of 2015 (02) dt.30-03-2015 2/2 when overt act has not been alleged against this petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S.
