Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned trial court has reported that trial of the petitioner has already commenced and three prosecution witnesses have already been examined.
Taking note of the aforesaid report as well as allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions trial no. 106/2015 corresponding to Brahampur P.S. case no.65/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge V, Buxar is, again, rejected.
However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably, within six

No.4310 of 2016 (3) dt.18-05-2016 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within the above stated period due to fault of prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the trial court itself.
