Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other sections of the IPC.
The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that the police, after investigation, submitted charge sheet under Section 306 IPC. No external injury was found on the body of the deceased.
It appears that his daughter, in para-6 of the case diary, has also stated that the altercation took place between the husband and wife as brother-in-law of the petitioner did not return the money but the petitioner assaulted wife and consequently, the deceased consumed something and her condition started detoriating. It appears that the petitioner assaulted his wife and due to which, his wife consumed corrosive material and died. Considering the facts, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within nine months from the date of receipt or production of this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) ahk/- U T
