JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.02.2014 and earlier his prayer for bail was rejected by this Court at initial stage but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the case of the petitioner has already been committed to the court of sessions and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. It is also pointed out by him that in course of investigation, petitioner was not identified by the witnesses in Test Identification Parade and he has been dragged in this case on the ground of so called recovery of looted amount.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14385 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge 6th Patna in connection with session trial no. 686 of 2014 arising out of Gardanbagh P.S.Case No. 61 of 2014.
