"For initiating a proceeding of contempt
Patna High Court MJC No.3459 of 2017(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 as well also inflicting suitable punishment to the opposite party for causing willful, deliberate disobedience for non-compliance of order/judgment dated 23.02.2017, passed in L.P.A. No. 1120 of 2013."
This petition, instituted on 01.12.2017, has come up for hearing before this Court today for the first time. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, reserving liberty to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law .
