2. Permission accorded.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

4. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

5. The case of the prosecution is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner rather a counter made pistol was recovered from one Chandan.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the

Case No. 72 of 2025 wherein he allegedly made a confessional statement and the name of this petitioner has surfaced in the present case on the basis of the said confessional statement. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and that the alleged recovery has been made from one Chandan, who has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84961 of 2025. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 23.09.2025. 7.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura.
