JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 41, 47, 30(a), 37(A), 37(B) and 37© of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he was caught in drunken condition.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7349 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IIIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur, in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to co-operate in investigation, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
