The petitioner seeks regular bail in Khagaria P.S. Case No. 752/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R is against unknown. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. No Test Identification Parade (TIP) has been held. The police arrested petitioner merely on suspicion and recorded his confessional statement. Petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3508 of 2019(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 752/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.
