JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, Shri Nandan Prasad Singh, submits that he has got no instructions from the petitioner of the present case and moreover, the file is also not available with him since the case is very old. In fact, the registry has also submitted an office note to the effect that the High Court file is not traceable.

In such view of the matter, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the petitioner has some subsisting grievance, he may be granted liberty to agitate the same by taking recourse to such appropriate remedies as are available under the law.
