Petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that that the petitioner has caused bullet injury on the right knee of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no accusation of repeating the blow, though the injury report suggests that the right lower limb of the informant was amputated due to injury. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of injury caused by this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the
