2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 315 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are father and son. The dead body of the daughter of the petitioner no. 2 was found and it was disposed of by the petitioners. She had committed suicide. The petitioners are in jail since 19.06.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 315 of 2023.
