The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 332, 333, 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in brief is that 27 persons named in the FIR and 150 unknown persons obstructed the police party in discharge of their official duty.

It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and no there is no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there

Case No. 131 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
