JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and others by means of lathi and other weapons, but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the injured sustained simple injury and moreover, there is delay in lodging the first information report.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Sukla, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
