JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 447,324,307,379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that co accused Narad Paswan caused cut injury on the neck of the informant's mother by Dabia when the informant tried to rescue then he was also caused cut injury by Narad Paswan. Co villager Nandu Paswan was also caused cut injury by Narad Paswan. It is alleged against the petitioner that he caught hold of the informant, in the meantime, Rakesh Paswan took away eight hundred rupees from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has only been implicated since he is brother of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4653 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 Narad Paswan. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. This court sees no reason for the learned court below not to consider prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Sheohar.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
